Agenda approved. 2. Minutes of April 6, 1995 deferred. 3. Business Arising The subcommittee discussed the progress of the committee to date. It was noted that 19 setup tables had been completed, with 40 tables remaining. The chair asked for suggestions as to the best way to complete this process; for instance, did we want to break off into smaller working groups to complete this task. The committee membership reiterated its position that the setup tables be completed as a group effort of the total committee. Members felt that the joint learning experience that was being achieved from our deliberations outweighed any possible savings in time that assigning the work to smaller working groups might achieve. It was decided to have one all-day meeting in early May to try to complete the majority of the remaining tables, with the possibility of adding an additional all-day session if necessary.
