        the default when our GLIS vendor records transfer into    
        ADVANCE. ] 

     4.2  Migration Testing
               
          Sites are encouraged to begin thinking of items/scenarios 
          for testing when the GLIS-to-ADVANCE migration arrives. 
          Each site will be able to telnet to the migration       
          database.    

5.   Other Business
 
          Discussion took place concerning upcoming tasks of the 
          Subcommittee.  It was pointed-out that the committee has 
          yet to address the issue of system reports from ADVANCE. 
          This was a long process when it was undertaken for the  
          GLIS system.

     The next meeting will be held Tuesday, June 6, 1995 at       
     1:00 p.m., at King's College Library.
