Agenda The agenda was agreed to include review of the previous minutes, 2004/2005 Yearend processing, and discussion of two documents relating to Advance to Aleph migration: Configuration analysis questionnaire Novanet and Conversion analysis guide and questionnaire--Novanet. 2. Minutes of previous meeting (18 Jan., 2005) The minutes of the 18 Jan., 2005 meeting were approved as posted on the Novanet Staff Resource webpage. Business arising from the previous minutes was considered in 4. below. 3. New business 3.1 Yearend processing for 2004/2005 Due to the unavailability of Novanet Office personnel early in the 2005/2006 fiscal year, yearend processing for 2004/2005 needs to be moved ahead. Discussion of past procedures led to the following schedule for March 2005: Beginning Monday, 14 March and continuing nightly, cheques and vouchers will be run. Thursday, 17 March (evening), fund rebalancing program will be run Wednesday, 23 March (evening), Acquisitions module will be unavailable for final order authorization, invoice and voucher generation Sunday, 27 March, various jobs preparatory to year-end will be run Monday, 28 March, yearend processing requires the Acquisitions module to be unavailable all day Tuesday, 29 March, yearend processing continues until completion; Acquisitions module will be made available once processing concludes which may not be until some time on Wednesday, 30 March. 3.2 Migration issues For this portion of the meeting, the two Acq/Ser Functional Group representatives (K. Chandler and B. Neable) to the Data Migration Team reviewed the two documents and recorded the Group’s responses to be distributed to the Group in a separate communication. 4. Next meeting Not before April, 2005, following the sessions with ExLibris personnel the weeks of 14 and 21 March. 5. Adjournment
