Privacy Policy
This application uses a Microsoft account login to authenticate users. During the sign-in process, we receive the user’s email address. Email addresses are used to identify users within our library software (Alma) and assign them appropriate access rights based on their status (i.e. expiry date and staff roles) within that software.
No other personal information is collected, stored, or shared. This app does not access or retain any profile data, documents, or content from Microsoft 365 accounts. We do not share, sell, or transmit any information to third parties. All authentication is handled securely using Microsoft’s identity platform.
